My journey Day 2


Day 2 – Upper Body Fix. Really good the way it works all the muscles in the upper body.

By alternating opposing muscle groups, this no-rest upper-body workout helps shred the muscles of the chest, back shoulders, and arms. I will definitely feel this one tomorrow. 🙂 



I need help in the portion control department. Even though I am very disciplined in doing my workouts and even eating healthy meals daily, I confess that sometimes I eat too much!
