FITNESS: Day 4 –Lower Body Fix –  I really liked this routine. I felt my legs and my glutes (I was still feeling my Pilates Fix from the day before), and I got a good workout out of it. Since I started, 4 days ago, I lost 2.5lbs. Happy with my results so far… 😃

NUTRITION | Create a Salad Box

I don’t know about you, but I always have a good intention to eat at least one salad per day. But, when I have worked all day and I am tired, I don’t want to shop for vegetables, put them together, clean and prep them up and get ready to eat! I simply end up going for something not so healthy and I regret eating it later.

Ilove going to salad bars because everything is done for me.
I decided to create my mini-salad bar by creating a salad box.


It is simple:
1 – Shop for salad fixings
2- Wash, cut, and prep
3- Store fixings in mini-size containers.
4 – Store each mini container inside a bigger container, or your Salad Box.

I like to use just the lid of the big container instead of covering each smaller containers with their own lids. It is much more practical, but the


nutrients last longer when you place the lids in each small container.

It lasts 3 or 4 days in the fridge.
