Day 5 – Cardio Fix Extreme – I love this challenging workout because It combines weighted cardio moves with intense training intervals. It kept my heart rate going!!!

I usually get in trouble with what I while I am driving.
As soon as I sit down and start moving, I miraculously get hungry or I have to eat something just for the fun of it.
The best thing to fight this urge is to have some healthy snacks to satisfy my desire to eat. I need to be prepared!!! All the time!
