FITNESS: Day 6 – Dirty 30 Fix Extreme

Ok, I have to confess that I am really tired after working out for 6 days straight. These 30 minutes workouts are challenging, but they are so good!
What is Dirty 30? It’s a down and dirty workout featuring seven compound moves that target multiple muscle groups simultaneously, to help you develop integrated strength and incredible definition.


NUTRITION: TERIYAKI TOFU SALAD

Portion Control Containers: I used 2 greens, one red, one purple, and one orange.
I used Annie’s Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce to marinate the Tofu, and for the salad, I used Annie’s Naturals Organic Dressing- Asian Sesame.
