FITNESS: Day 7 – Yoga Fix Extreme

I respect Yoga and I can see the amazing benefits that this type of exercises can provide to my body.
The closest that I get to Yoga is through my PIYO workouts and I love the fast-paced music that goes with it.
I was glad to know that the 21 Day Fix Yoga Extreme is a fast-paced flow yoga class, combining strength, balance, flexibility, and power. I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward to doing it again on days 14 and 21 of my journey.


Nutrition : Quinoa and Black Bean Salad

I am so glad that the Fixate Cook Book has Vegan recipes.

Today, I tried this delicious Quinoa and Black Bean salad. It was easy to prepare and also very nutritions.

QUINOA AND BLACK BEAN SALAD

SERVES: 12 (1 cup each) Prep Time: 30 min. Cooking Time: 12 min.
