MY 21 DAY FIX EXTREME JOURNEY
Turning 50 a couple of weeks ago wasn’t easy.
My body changed the way it processed food and I don’t feel healthy at all. My family has most of the lifestyle induced diseases and I’ve been able to beat them so far.
I lost my dad at the age 48 and I am glad I surpassed him in years. I gained 20lbs in the last year and I am ready to lose them, control how much I eat and be as healthy and energetic as I was in my 30s. I am ready!!!
I love the idea of having a 21-day program that features simple portion control, clean eating, and extreme 30-minute workouts. I don’t have much problem completing the workouts, but I struggle with my eating. I love to eat healthy, but one thing I discovered: If I eat healthy but don’t control the quantity, it is still too much. The portion-control containers take all the guesswork out of how much I should eat. The Eating Plan will tell me exactly what to eat and when—and how to eat cleaner than ever. This is how I will get seriously shredded in 21 days. 🙂

My 21 Day Fix Extreme Journey – Preparation Day
I decided to “Rescue My Health” using this program because it has been proven to be effective and everybody who is doing it, is having incredible results. I also need help with my eating plan and the 21 Day Fix Extreme Portion Control method and containers work! Even though I can be very disciplined with my workouts, I can get a little bit “excited” with my eating. I can eat too much while eating healthy! It doesn’t matter if you are eating healthy or even organic foods. If you are eating too much… you are eating too much!
