I want to welcome you to my journey. It is my first day and I am happy I accepted this challenge. I turned 50 a couple of weeks ago and for the last 2 years, due to stress that 

triggered bad eating habits, I gained 20lbs! It is a humbling experience for someone who never had to deal with weight issues because I always took care of myself. My family has a long history of every disease imaginable and I never had to deal with weight issues because I always took care of myself. My family has a long history of every disease imaginable and I always used this “incentive” to keep myself healthy and in shape.

I’ll be posting healthy eating and fitness tips, success stories, inspirational thoughts and quotes, recipes, and more. They will inspire me and I so hope they will inspire you.

I love the idea of having a 21

-day program that features simple portion control, clean eating, and extreme 30-minute workouts. I don’t have much problem completing the workouts, but I struggle with my eating. I love to eat healthy, but one thing I discovered: If I eat healthy, but don’t control the quantity, it is still too much. 

Nutrition The best thing before starting a fitness journey is knowing what you are going to eat, and how much you are going to eat. But first, you have to go grocery shopping!!! 

 
Workout: My first workout is Plyo Fix Extreme. It is an explosive lower-body workout that uses jumping and resistance to torch calories and sculpt muscles. Plyo Fix Extreme is a 30 minutes workout and today I am demonstrating 3 movements only: Sumo Squat Jump, Squat Jump, I-Leg Split Jump. I will show you the other movements on Day 8 when will be doing this workout again. Enjoy it.
